‍You must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in a session. By using this site, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking
‍Sessions are booked through a third-party service (e.g., Calendly) and may require payment in advance.‍

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or to avoid forfeiting your payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel after this point due to emergency circumstances please contact Cari at Cari@BreathworkhingAndBecoming.webflow.com

5. Health Disclaimer
‍Breathwork can bring about intense physical and emotional experiences. By participating, you acknowledge that:

- You are in good health and have no condition that would prevent you from safely participating, This includes but is not limited to any of the conditions listed on the Health Cautions page.

- You take full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after the session.

- You release us from any liability for any adverse effects that may result.

If you have a medical or psychiatric condition, or are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult a healthcare professional before participating.

‍Results from breathwork may vary and are not guaranteed. We do not claim to cure or treat any condition.

7. Intellectual Property
‍All content on this website—including but not limited to text, images, videos, and guided materials—is the property of or liscenced by Breathing and Becoming and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Third-Party Services
‍We use third-party services (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, Zapier) to facilitate scheduling and payment. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
